PEOPLE'S LIBERATION ARMY OR PEOPLE'S LOL ARMY

The border tensions in Ladakh between India and China is turning worse after the recent confrontation between two militaries in the Galwan Valley. Both sides are assumed to suffer heavy casualties beyond what actually reported especially from the Chinese side. It was really surprising to the Indian side as the military talks were going on and both the sides had a

greed to go back 2.5 km from their current location but a planned attack on Indian troops by Chinese troops destroyed every kind of diplomacy on the border issue. The Chinese army is called the People's Liberation Army which is an army of their communist government and not a country. The kind of love and sympathy Indian soldiers receive in their country is missing in China. Chinese people don't like their army instead they hate them after what they did to their own people during the Tiananmen Square Massacre in 1989. People's Liberation Army is actually People's Lol Army in real terms who has no discipline, motive or war experience. Today I will talk about how People's Liberation Army is one of the weakest armies in the world with facts and proofs.

Many Indians feel that India does not stand a single chance against China in a face to face War and the reason they give behind this argument is pretty clear to everyone which are like China has 4 times bigger defence budget than India, China has a technological advantage over India, China has a bigger army against India etc. Well, let me counter each of them one by one. Yes, China has a bigger defence budget but what we don't understand is China also has more area to protect as compared to India. India basically faces border issues with Pakistan in Kashmir and with China in Ladakh and Northeastern border. Rest of the Indian boundaries are surrounded from the sea and ocean while China on other side has a border dispute with most of its neighbouring countries like India, Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam, Mongolia and especially in South China sea which is now becoming a major geopolitical location where the USA also increasing its involvement. When two country jumps into a war defence budget doesn't decide the results instead the will of the army decide it for example during the Indo-Pak war of 1965 Pakistan had a big technological advantage over India. Pakistan was using latest technological weapons, Aircraft and Tanks while India was using World war 2 vintage air crafts, tanks still India defeated Pakistan very badly. So defence budget does not define the results the will of the army define it. People's Liberation Army is bigger in comparison with India but 25% of PLA is unfit for war according to several reports. Due to China's one-child policy, the soldiers who join the army are mostly pampered kids and while fighting in a war they think of their Family more than their government as I already clarified PLA does not fight for their country, they fight for their government. PLA does not serve their country instead they serve a communist government. There are many stories of Chinese soldiers running away from the war zone to save their lives because they are not motivated with the spirit of nationalism instead they are motivated with their paycheck only nothing above that. PLA has no war experience as compared to India. India who is continuously fighting against terrorism and conducted several surgical strikes and ann airstrike also fought 3 wars with Pakistan while China hasn't been seen in any such Military activity since 1979 China Vietnam war which they lost badly.

Now let me tell you about PLA's war story which explains that they are nothing less than a LOL army. In 1979 China decided to teach Vietnam a lesson and learned many lessons themselves. Also called as Battle of Cao Bang, the war started when China thought of interfering into two countries matter which was Cambodia and Vietnam and deployed their army of 600000 troops against 70000 Vietnamese soldiers and despite being heavily outnumbered the Vietnamese side destroyed Chinese army and within no time China decided to pull back their forces and withdrawn themselves from the war. There are reports which say that Chinese troops were not even trained to hold proper range firing and were totally fighting with mediocrity. Many of Chinese troops were running away from the war field and the funniest thing is that China announced themselves the winner of the war after withdrawing from the war as we know China never accept anything which goes against China like Wuhan Virus. The dragon needs to start using their heads before starting a war against India a also because at this point of time China has no allies while India has so many especially the quad group which includes USA, Japan and Australia.

DOES NEPOTISM EXIST IN BOLLYWOOD ONLY ?

Nepotism in Bollywood is nothing new. When anyone talks about nepotism we instantly link it to the Bollywood because the nepotism in Bollywood is very open and it's openly operating in front of everyone's eye. They can't hide this even if they want. There is a set formula which Bollywood is using to launch Star kids since long. A big production house, a savage hero who always fights for truth and love, an actress who has no personal life but just born to give full support to hero, a villain who never do anything good and always take evil decisions, a typical so many times repeated script where hero defying laws of gravity and physics during fight sequences. Usually, Bollywood launches the big star kids with such type of dumb scripts and they get successful in it because they know our audience always leave their mind at home before watching any Bollywood movie so it's an assumption that they don't need to work on the story, character development, acting of star kid etc. Now let me tell you a funny thing, watch any of the interviews of these star kids when they asked about how they got this particular role in a movie they shamelessly say that they did the audition and got selected in it. I mean seriously? None of your connection works? But the more disappointing fact is they actually take an audition for those roles which they have already given to a star kid. Now imagine you are preparing for a job interview which is kind of your dream job and you preparing day in day out for it but then you find out the job has already been given to a Boss's relative and your interview is nothing less than a formality to reject you. There is a lobby which works on the promotion of star kids and the media plays a big role in promoting them. We don't need to look for many examples. Taimur Ali Khan is getting promoted by media from the day he was born. Media don't feel any shame in reporting which colour underwear Taimur was wearing today. What is this? Do people really interested in knowing this? Maybe No but the real reason is they want to paste this name into your mind because this name soon will be in a Bollywood movie and just because you are already familiar with this name he will automatically get a response when he will get launched in a movie. Bollywood's nepotism is very common but does Bollywood is the only place where nepotism exists? NO, let's talk about some other fields where nepotism became cancer with no cure.

Politics- Well I don't need to explain this term in politics because it's as open in politics as Bollywood. Let me tell you a story of a boy, he was born into a rich family and was very bad in academics. He somehow passed class 9th and then left studies. He told his father that he wants to be a cricketer. His father understood him and made his selection possible in the state team due to his jack. Though his cricket career wasn't going well because his father's jack supported him in selection but his talent wasn't supporting him in the field. His father didn't lose hope in his Son and made him get to join an IPL franchise Delhi Daredevils and he was part of the team for 4 seasons but hardly got any chance to play. His father was still hopeful and he asked his son to leave cricket and try your talent in some other field. He agreed to his father and then he became Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar. Well, this is not some inspiring story but an embarrassing story that how a person who was not competent to play cricket eaten a place of a deserved candidate both in cricket and politics. He had no experience of politics still became the deputy chief minister only because of his father. What could be a bigger example of nepotism than this? Yes, I am talking about Tejaswi Yadav the son of former chief minister of Bihar Lalu Prasad Yadav. A major political party of India who ruled for the most of the years since independence now looks like a personal party of a family. Do Competent people only bear in the Gandhi family? No other person in such big political party is that capacity to become the head of Indian National Congress?  This is what nepotism is. Now if we are talking about congress it won't be justified to leave BJP too when it comes to nepotism. Jay Shah is the secretary of BCCI and if you try to search about what hard work he did in cricket or sports to achieve this big position you will get only one answer. He was born as the son of Amit Shah who is our Home minister.

Government offices - Now let me tell you another story. A story of warriors. A particular community who was so talented that they took up all the top official posts in a state. The politics of Uttar Pradesh had always been like a tug of war. Before the current government, it was a competition between two political parties. S.P and B.S.P both are known for their vote bank politics and in Uttar Pradesh, even today Caste system is very severe in deciding the elections. During the rule of S.P, there was a term which got into the news which was "Yadavnisation of UP jobs" especially UP Police jobs. Nearly 60% of police stations were headed by Yadav officers. In Badaun, where two minor girls were raped and hanged, 16 out of 22 police stations were headed by Yadav officers. Badaun was represented by then chief minister Akhilesh Yadav’s cousin Dharmendra Yadav in the Lok Sabha. As a matter of fact, the demographic profile of UP’s 1,527 police stations and outposts was changed in two years, when SP came to power. In Kanpur, for instance, Yadavs head as many as 25 police stations out of 36. In Lucknow, more than 50% of station officers were Yadavs. This is also a big example of Nepotism.

When we talk about nepotism we always say how bad it is and how it should never be promoted. But when we get a job or work done through our relatives or friends working at a higher position in any department we never feel the same wrong about ourselves instead we kind of show off this to others like ' look how high contacts I have in the government office. I don't need to wait for hours like others to get my work done' we say this proudly and don't realize this is also a kind of nepotism. Nepotism doesn't only mean favouring our children or relatives it also means favouring a particular person over others and giving an unfair advantage to a person over other. Every time we get a job through a recommendation and not upon merit we just promoted nepotism and every time nepotism is getting promoted we are eating a place of a deserved candidate. It is part of our self. The thing is it is not as open as it's there in Bollywood and politics but we all are participants in this somewhere. Only a poor person with no contacts, no opportunity, no support is free from nepotism. so if we really want to get rid of nepotism we need to start with ourself first.

THE FILM WHICH EXPLAINED DEPRESSION PERFECTLY

"The worst part about having a mental illness is people ask you to behave as if you don't" was written in the diary maintained by Arthur fleck In a film 'Joker(2019) written and directed by Todd Philips. In the last article, I have explained the depression that this term not specifically connected with any kind of emotion it rather is a situation where a person turns Emotionless and don't understand what's happening in his life or what he needs to do to feel normal again. Today I am going to talk about a movie which explains the depression perfectly and portrayed how a person actually feels when he goes into depression.

Joker is a psychological drama film which displayed the back story of DC's very famous Villain Joker. The concept of the movie is very dark and sensitive. Arthur fleck is the main character who is also The Joker in the film. Film from the very beginning tries to show us that something is very wrong about this person. In one of the opening scenes, he is having a session with a psychiatrist which shows that the mental condition of Arthur is not very well. He is also on some kind of medication. Arthur was facing depression for a long time and the events happen in the film makes his condition even worse. Let me enlighten you further with his character in the film; He is living a poor life with the responsibility of his mother. He also has a dream which he wants to achieve. He has a job which is of a clown where he makes people laugh with his acts and performances.

Now, what drives him into the depression? The movie shows the story of Gotham city which represents a kind of chaos. The difference between Riches and poor is getting bigger and bigger which is adding fuel to the chaos. His life is not going as he wants to. He wants to become a comedian but deep down he knows that he can't achieve his dream in such poverty but still he writes jokes in his diary which shows that he is actually ambitious. His colleagues make fun of him and sometimes take advantage of him. He is seeing the disappointment in his life for long that he doesn't get surprised with it. He doesn't have any friend either who can know what actually running in his mind. Poverty, disappointments, no achievements made him a very negative shade person. He doesn't have anyone except his mother so he usually dreams about an alternate life like his imaginary girlfriend or him being part of a famous comedy show. He is getting cut off from reality and slowly losing his real identity.

Now the instances which prove that he was in depression; He was dealing with multiple emotions since long and slowly turned emotionless. In a scene where one of his Colleague cracks a joke and everyone laughs including Arthur but after coming out of the room he suddenly stops laughing which proves he is actually not laughing but acting to laugh just because others were laughing. In another scene where he is watching a comedy performance in a restaurant when other people were laughing on the punches or humorous part of a joke, he was laughing on those lines which were not funny. He was totally emotionless as he didn't even know when to laugh or not, which line is funny or not. He was also an unpredictable person which is a major factor of depression. When a person commits suicide in depression everyone says that it was shocking to hear this which means when a person goes into depression he becomes unpredictable. He loses all the stable state of his mind takes unpredictable decisions. Arthur shows his unpredictability in many scenes like when he killed his mother he doesn't even regret a second after killing and also when he shot the famous TV show host in a live show. He didn't care about consequences and without even thinking about anything he shot the TV show Host. He was carefree also. All these are signs of depression because when a person commits suicide he becomes carefree of his life. You are wrong if you felt that whatever he was doing without thinking was giving him any kind of pleasure. He never felt any pleasure in doing anything. Even he didn't even know what actually
pleasure is. In the last scene when he talks to the psychiatrist in prison he didn't look like he cares about anything he did. Dealing with multiple emotions, getting emotionless, becoming unpredictable all of them are major signs of suffering from depression.

The character of Arthur fleck which was played by Joaquin Phoenix is undoubtedly one of the most brilliantly written characters. Joaquin Phoenix did full justice with his role and for which he won academy award also. The direction of Todd Philips is also next level direction which keeps the dark subject until the last second of the movie.

DOES DEPRESSION AFFECT ONLY WEAK PEOPLE ?

A well known Indian actor Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide today. The whole of India is shocked by the sudden goodbye from the highly talented actor. Reports say that the actor was dealing with the depression from the past 6 months and was also on the medication for the same. Generally, people don't understand the actual meaning of depression. They often confuse this term with the kind of sadness. Sadness and depression are not the same things. There are many cases where a person has no reason to be sad is getting into depression. Depression is not any kind of feeling rather it's a situation of feeling less behaviour from the depressed person. More precisely we can understand this term as a feeling of "emptiness". There is an assumption in a society that depression is something which a weak person feel; Strong people never fall into any kind of depression, Strong people always find a way to solve their problems. But the reality is depression has no connection with the strong man or weak man mentality. Depression is about how a person knows himself. Most of the people don't know themselves and with knowing I don't mean knowing the favourite colour, sports car or Hollywood actor. Knowing our self means to know how we react to a particular incident or how we feel when something doesn't go our way, basically knowing our nature is all about knowing our self. When we know our self we always know what we want, what is good for us, which is harmful to our growth, how to react to a particular situation, what our weakness is. Now coming back to the topic, does actually depression is something which only weak people face? NO, let me prove this sentence wrong with a real-life example.

We all have heard about Robert Clive. He is one of the most important figures in Indian history. Lord Clive is known as the king of diplomacy. Most of Indians know him for plotting the death of Siraj-ud-daulah during the Battle of Plassey. After winning this battle He established the East India Company rule over a major part of India in 1757. He was the most powerful person of British rule at that time. With his diplomatic skills, he stopped the French company to expand their control in India and established English rule in the major part of India. We can also say without him the establishment of British rule in India was not possible. But what happened to such a powerful person? The answer may be shocking to some of you but he committed suicide after suffering from long term depression. After he went back to England, he has faced massive criticism from his own people for doing planning and plotting in India and going out of authority, many corruption charges also started against him. He couldn't believe that he almost won India for British and facing opposition from his own people in his own country. In the end, he stabbed himself with a penknife.

So Was Clive a Weak person? NO, he won India to the British and a weak person can not achieve this. He was depressed and his depression didn't arrive from sadness only, it arrived from the mixed emotions of Disappointment, anger and sadness. He stopped caring about his life. And if a person goes into a situation where he doesn't care about living, he feels empty means he doesn't have anything left to live for. It's not necessarily because of sadness but it can be because of many reasons and sometimes the reason could be unknown to the depressed person himself.

Depression is not a joke. It is a very serious matter. It takes away the life of people so it's time we should start taking it seriously and not just as a word to make a joke out of it. If you feel that a person is suddenly behaving a little strange from his usual behaviour, always talk to him or her. Always try to cheer that person up. Sometimes a simple talk can stop a person from committing suicide so if you feel depressed or sad, never take yourself into isolation. Self-isolation always adds up anxiety and depression. Tell your problems to your family and close friends. Give yourself a chance to get out of it and trust me you will beat depression as many people did in their life.

Should India change its foreign policies now ?

"In politics, there are no permanent friends or enemies, only permanent interests" this is a very famous quote by Henry Kissinger which describes how political policies can get easily changed with the need of time. India is a country which has always been very rigid towards its foreign policies. We haven't seen any major changes since the time of independence. What India had decided at the time of independence is still getting followed by all the leaders who took over the rule from time to time till now. The biggest example of this is our Policies with the People's Republic of China, India is still taking all its treaties with China very seriously despite China violating them time to time starting from Indo-china war of 1962. In this article, I am going to explain why India needs to change its rigid and defensive Foreign policy to become little more aggressive. I am basically going to talk about our policies in relation with our 3 neighbouring nations that is Pakistan, China and Nepal.

Pakistan has always been a headache to India especially with the issue of Kashmir and terrorism. The territorial dispute of Kashmir arrived at the time of Independence and it's still an unsolved dispute where Pakistan using terror as a source to hurt India's sovereignty. The dispute was not a big one at the time of independence but still, India's leader decided to take it to the United Nations. India is known for its defensive stance on all the matters rather than proactive stance which somewhat make other countries believe that it's India's weakness. India has won 3 wars with Pakistan since independence and still not be able to solve the Kashmir issue. Why? Because of India's defensive diplomatic policies. India always believed that they can solve the territorial dispute with Pakistan with talks and diplomacy through this kind of policy is changed after 2014 and especially in 2019 when Indian government revoked the special status of Jammu and Kashmir. Here are rigid foreign policy took a U-turn and it was certainly an aggressive step towards our foreign policy.

China is a country which has its territorial dispute with almost all of its neighbouring countries such as India, Vietnam, Japan etc. India's policy towards China has always been a policy of Appeasement. Yes, it may sound very coward but that's how India always behaved to China. India never takes any interference in the internal matters of China whether it's related to Hong Kong, Taiwan or even Tibet. India didn't even criticize China when Tiananmen Square Massacre happened in 1989 but does China also reciprocate this behaviour? No. Even China is the only Country who favours Pakistan openly in the United Nations against India and always blocks permanent entry of India to the United Natio
ns security council. Today India and China troops are having a standoff in Ladakh for almost a month now but India didn't show any aggressive stance despite India trying to appease china with its several policies. India has a High Trade deficit with China which means China earns a big part of its income from India only and not doing any favour to us instead of supporting Pakistan in every possible way. India doesn't seem to change its policy either.

Nepal and India have always been friendly countries. India and Nepal people are connected with open boundaries, same culture and religion. The current aggression from Nepal is a surprise to  India as Nepal never acted this aggressively that too for a border dispute. Current Nepalese Government which is a Communist Party of Nepal's government has shown its closeness to China more than forever now. China is always like a bully for India and now it is using Nepal too against India. Nepal Parliament is passing a new law which talks about Inclusion of Indian territories into Nepal. Nepal didn't even bother to solve this issue with diplomatic talks and directly started giving bold statements and now passing a new law affecting India's sovereignty. India never had any major tensions with Nepal but today they are showing its aggressive mode. As Commander in chief of Indian Army stated that Nepal is acting in the behest of someone else, this sums up why Nepal suddenly showing such a bold attitude towards its long term friend. India's policy with Nepal is very non-strict and a favourable as India consider Nepal as a Friendly country.

All the 3 Neighbours of India are aggressive than ever before today despite world is struggling from the Wuhan Virus. India is among the topmost countries who are affected by the virus badly. India is still very defensive with its policies while the neighbours are changing its policies with the time. Why can't India openly criticize China's involvement in breaking the Democracy of Hong Kong? Why India can not openly support Tibet and Taiwan and consider them as a separate country? Why India is still taking Nepal lightly and not taking any action even economically? These are the questions which need to get answered by the Indian government. India should not let these neighbour take unfair advantage of India's patience and they need to see the aggressive side of India too.

ARE WE ALREADY INTO COLD WAR 2 ?

It's not about USA Vs China now, it's much more than that. It's now a battle of Democracy Vs Communist Rule. The first Cold war between USA and USSR ended with the fall of USSR, it was the battle of capitalism Vs communism in which capitalism supposed to have won. Today capitalism has been replaced with Democracy. Do you know what is the biggest advantage under a communist rule which lacks under a democratic system of rule? STABILITY. Yes, stability is a major factor which gives a favourable advantage to a communist rule over a democratic rule. In a democracy, if a leader wants to take a big or major decision he can not always take it all by himself, he always needs to take the advice of another council of ministers and also he will always have to consider the consequences of the decision that how it's going to affect his voters and what responsibility he will have towards the country and its citizens and kind of criticism he will receive from his opposition party members while in a communist rule you don't have any opposition to criticize you neither you have any voters to whom you hold any responsibility so a major bold decision is easy to take in a communist rule in comparison to a democracy. In a communist rule, a Country can set and make their policies for the next 20-30 years while in a democracy system a party gets only a term of 5 years so they resist making long term plans and focus much on short term 5-year plans. In the 1980 People's Republic of China under the leadership of Li, Xiannian has decided to become the world's economic supply by the next 20-30 years and they have been extremely successful in it. How? The answer is Stability in their rule. They didn't face any pr

oblem in implementing their decisions.

Now, what's happening today and how I am saying that 2nd cold war has already been started. Today, when the world is dealing with a virus, originated from Wuhan every country is seeking to take some big and bold steps but how many countries are actually implementing all their decisions fully? The answer to this question would be highly debatable but China is among those limited countries who are facing no problem in implementing any decision they want to take. The USA is among those countries who are failing in implementation of their decisions to counter China. The USA despite being a superpower isn't winning in any way over China also facing so many internal issues as well. Black live matters protest has become unbearable for the USA to control it. The USA is the most affected country from the Virus right now and they want to counter China very badly but unable to do any actual harm. Why? Because the system of democracy stopping them to counter China. China is taking benefit of protests arising worldwide after the Death of George Floyd in police brutality. Many sources claim that riots happening in the USA from the far left organisation are backed by China.

So what happens in a War? People die, economies get shattered, people get jobless, growth stops and turns negative. Isn't all of this happening already? China despite spreading Wuhan Virus across all the world China is winning this Cold War with their stable communist rule over unstable Democratic ruling countries. In this Cold war, everyone is participating. Countries like India can't do it's non-alignment movement this time as we see China bullying India with their territorial disputes continuously. So this cold war is between Democratic nations and communist Rule in which China is winning at least till now. All the democratic countries need to get together to counter the dragon and its disastrous ambitions otherwise the day is not far when the communism will again take over the rule and people will again start getting killed like flies.
